February 7, 2017 Board Meeting Agenda Item #23 Title ACCEPTANCE OF FACILITIES SERVICES PROJECT COMPLETION AND APPROVAL OF CERTIFICATES OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION FOR THE EMMA AND LAKEVIEW ELEMENTARY FREEZER/COOLER RENOVATIONS Description All work has been completed and all required close-out documents have been received from the contractor. The final costs have been internally audited and are enclosed herein the final payment for approval. The Director of Facilities Services has determined that the project is complete in accordance with state statutes. Recommendation That the project be accepted as complete and the certificates of substantial completion be approved as presented.
